The most important thing is to find what works for you that produces a reproducible system and time. Find a pace that works for you. Do not rush.

I used the folding method mentioned by Gtinnel, and I set it up ahead of time. If everything is set out and ready to go, the flow is more consistent.

I also pour 1/3 of the aquarium sample into the packet and then back in the cuvette. This gets whatever is left in the packet. I realize this is not in the Hannah protocol; however, if I do it every time the procedure is consistent.
