None in my reef (I do have a 6 inch Hippo Tang and a 5 inch Purple Tang though) but quite a few in my FOWLR. I have 6 large Marine Angels, a big Harlequin Tusk, a nice sized Sargassum Trigger, etc.

Big fish need love too.

I have a Foxface, 2 Orange Shoulder tangs, a Gem tang, Purple Tang, Mustard Tang, 2 Yellow Tangs, and a hippo tang in my 230g. The Hippo, Yellow Tangs, and Orange Shoulders are all relatively small. There are more fish in the tank but they are all little.

Happy Monday and happy BIG FISH week! This week we'll focus our topics around those fish that are big, beautiful and poop a lot. :) What are we calling big fish? Well I guess it's any fish that might grow up to 8-12"+ or so maybe? That's up for interpretation. When I personally think of "big fish" I think of surgeons (tangs), large angelfish, rabbitfish etc. So let's kick it off today with some basic questions!

1. What's your most favorite "BIG FISH" in the hobby?

2. How many "BIG FISH" do you currently house in your reef aquarium? Which ones?

is that a Dussumieri Tang in the pic? How old is that one, it's striking....

I have a big Zero in big fish. I think my coral beauty will be the largest in my current reef tank. But maybe someday I'll get a foxface which is my fave.

How long will she be in your care?
Best guess is less than a month, Jake's just asked me to fatten her up a tiny bit until we feel confident she won't get too bullied. Then she'll spend some time in a 4 foot tank before moving into his 7 foot tank. We've just found to have better luck with some fish doing it this way instead of throwing babies in with his established fish

My 125 is also "nada" for 8+" fishes. My two tangs and a foxface will all get sort of close.
