I did end up swabbing it with iodine and there is antibiotics in the water column of the QT tank

Good luck! Secondary bacterial infection (peritonitis) is pretty common after gas removal. I couldn’t see in the video, was the gas removed from the belly or up by the lateral line?

I tried my best to study the anatomy beforehand. I actually did this 3x and didn’t get the right location the first 2 times because he would still float on his side. The 3rd time I threw him back in and was swimming perfect so hopefully I got the swim bladder
