Would a bird wrasse live well in a 65?

no, they get to 11". Best place to get fish information (but please dont buy from there) is liveaquaria.com. They will give you size, reef compatibility, and tank size. Not 100% right but most of the info is correct on the site, the quality of fish they sell has gone way down over the years
