These little black nubs can extend out from the rock during daylight hours and have several small tentacles on the end. I couldn't get a photo of them extended because the rock is in a glass of water because it also has an aiptasia on it, which I removed, and now they're not extending.

Any ideas of what they might be?

Thanks! There was an aiptasia on this rock, so I'm not keen to put it back in the aquarium just to see what happens.
