I have blood worms I give my freshwater fish I was wondering if my YWG and PISTOL SHRIMP will enjoy them? Is it safe to feed?

I feed frozen blood worms everyday to my tank, as well as other items. In fact, they are the staple of my CBB's diet.

It is a good food, but be careful in overfeeding them as they are highly chitonous and can cause intestinal blockages.

Caution to go LIGHT especially with feeding live ones. They can and will foul your water if uneaten and can cause cloudiness in seawater also raising your nitrates.
