Do you mount the clams on a shell or do I need to buy a clam cradle?
Thanks

It is best to keep them submerged, however being out of the water for short periods is not detrimental.

Hi, I’m very excited to hv received a clam fm Pacific East! The clam wants to open but I hv many fish so it opens a bit, a fish swims by and closes. Will the clam eventually get used to the fish? I’ll post a picture when it is fully open. Thanks

They are very sensitive to shadows and vibrations when first put in a tank. Usually after a few days they settled down. Just be sure nothing is nipping at it or overly curious.
