It doesn't strike me as a cyano outbreak of blue-green slime... This stuff seems to be developing at the same pace as the regular coralline I'm seeing on your rocks, which is a great sign! I think you may have lucked out, and got some of the more unique colors of beneficial algae.
This could also be early development of plating sponges, Collospongia Auris, for example. Which is also a really good sign of pristine water chemistry, so well done. ;Woot
Either way, if this keeps up, I may beg you to break off a little piece of rock for me later. Those colors are gorgeous!
