Hi just trying to work out what is going on with this Blueface angel

It's just come into the lfs shop which they reserved for me

But I've noticed this damage on its fin which they think is from been caught and noticed some marks on its body

It does look like an injury. The fish not having any lesion there prior to capture would confirm that.
I would let the store know.
At this point, the fish may heal up on its own, so for the first day or two I would just let it settle in and start feeding for you.
How do you plan to quarantine it?

They belive there werw no issues when it was caught

They have it in cuprmine so this wil be suppressing its immiune system

I wasn't sure if you look on the bottom of the fins is has a few marks I was thinking could be lymph?

Could be Lymphocystis, tough to tell until the lesions grow larger. Look for angular growth, a bit more grayish, along the fin edges..
