Very nice! Cool to see the different aquascapes and happy to see that you stuck with it through all of those moves. Sorry to hear about the ich battle, but sounds like you made the right decision to go fishless for awhile. Will be interesting to see how your corals react with the reduced nutrients. Staying put for awhile?!? ;)

hopefully my lease is 1 year so i have a 1 year mark for my corals to grow out! and hopefully i will stay here for much longer! and about the nutrients part, im feeding the tank 2 times a day, morning and night!

Ok, time for a update, where do i start!

A new year has started and a few minor things has changed,

1. QT tank next to display is now 16x16x16 Advance Acrylic Frag tank
2. QT 1 chromis 2 weeks and added to display
3. Added 2x Panoramas LED suppliments 11AM-9PM LED / 1-7:30 MH
4. 1/15/13 temp dropped to 75.5 degrees, removed 200w heater and added 500w heater.
5. Started dosing Rods Food for corals
6. Dosed Salifert FWE, only found 2 dead ones, (maybe because i had my skimmer on ?) direction says to leave it on..
7. 1/15/13 Changed BRS dosing tubes
8. Removed Gonoporia and Hammer coral ( cannot find a dead spot in my tank thats good for them)
9. sps frags on the sand bed are sprouting new tables!
10. 1/15/13 just purchased a quantum sensor and will be able to see what par is in my tank!

Sorry for the crappy pictures, its on a Canon Rebel, idk whats wrong with my photography..

Oh and either raise the fixture a bit or run light for shorter hours for a week or two.

a little update, I'm suppose to get my par38 bulb for my little frag tank today but usps did not show up :( its raining in san diego ATM so im assuming something mustve happened.

as for the main tank i added another mp10 on the left side and my corals are loving the flow! and as for the livestock i just added a pair of clowns today my chromis isnt being aggresive towards them yet.

the male Clown is so funny looking, one side has no stripe and the other side has half a stripe!

Its much better then my 250w. it gives the corals more of a color, and my old 250w fixture did not have that much par compared to this. its about 12 inches above the water line with more par everywhere in my tank
