How does that even happen. We had power outage and when it came back up both eb832 not working. I tried resetting and also tried the breaker in the back and still nothing. Both have power and are online just no outlets working. So frustrated with Neptune.

Yeah, that's because all EB832 are bound to fail eventually due to the low quality components inside. And the very reason I always recommend an upgrade whenever possible:

I had one do the same a few weeks ago and the power supply unit was bad. “The indicator lights would turn on/off for each outlet but there was no power at any outlet”… I didn’t try to fix it since it was 6+ years old.

I have two dead 832s and was lucky to find an eb8. I actually have the pieces to fix the 832s but not gonna waste my time
I've been hoarding them, lol. I'm at 3 eb8's and two eb4's. I'm looking for one more eb8, so a spare eb8 for each tank and one spare eb4 overall.

He is a member of the forum that fixes eb832's among other reefing electrical items. He not only repairs, but typically upgrades the point of failure @ the same time. Better prices than Neptune IME. Search his posts on here...
Thank you hopefully I hear from this person.
