Bought used profilux 4 but can’t register it because it’s in prior users name?

I’m trying to register the device in myghl.com. How can I register the profilux 4 when it is still in prior users name?

Hi,

Please contact the previous owner and ask them to remove the P4 from their myGHL account. That will then allow you to add the P4 to your account without any issues.
