Hi guys,

I'm from Brazil and have been running a 50g reef tank (~30x20x20) for 4 years now with a Maxspect Razor 60w 16000k and I'm not totally happy with the results.

As I have a cousin coming from US next month I was wondering about purchasing a new light (offcourse my budget is not so elastic).

Do you think is it worth changing my Razor for a Hydra 26 HD?? If so, just one is enough??

Or any other suggestion around this budget??

Thanks!

I would say best would be either 2 Hydra 26 or better yet 2 Radion XR15. Third choice would be adding a second Razor and that would cost you the least.

The Razor Is a very capable light and very underrated. I agree that a second would be your cheapest option and with 2, you should be very happy with the results.
