Ignore the numbers, keep doing what you are doing! :)
I've gotten good at ignoring the numbers. I haven't tested anything in 2020 so far. The only number I'm confident in on my tank is the temp and alk since I have the monitoring automated. ;Sorry

Just read all 201 pages and I must say well done! Such a beautiful reef tank!

I've learned some things from you and everyone else on the thread and I just want to say I applaud you for staying positive during all the ups and downs that have happened throughout the past few years.

I wish you the best of luck in your future and your reefing!

Didn't realize you were in the navy much less on a boomer. I have recently left my first tour (and likely last) in Kings Bay as a MMN. Now on shore duty in Pearl. Were you in KB, Bangor or both at some point if you don't mind?
I did 5 years out of Bangor, WA. I was on the Blue crew of the USS Henry M Jackson (SSBN 730) from 1993 through 1998. Can't say it was the most fun thing I've done in my life, but I was able to springboard that into a fantastic life as a civilian. No regrets for my time served, no regrets getting out at the 10 year point.

I plan to yet out at 10 years too as that was the minimum to transfer the GI bill. Were you an electrician in the navy as well as outside?
I was. Started out as a maintenance electrician and now work as an electrical engineer specializing in high capacity power distribution.
