brine shrimp hatchery kit in n 24hrs

I just purchased a hatchery kit for brine shrimp eggs hatched in 24 hr. Im little confused on how I' make the solution water? Can someone elaborate for me i' am new to the aquarium hobby just started my tanks in march of thjis year.

for my hatchery i use quarter of a gallon of water and like 2-4 tablespoons of my reef salt

I just take some saltwater out of my tank. Do you have a picture of the kit you bought?

ok i got it to work but I was intending to use the brine shrimp to feed my valentini puffer. I wanted to give him some live foods in his diet any suggestions on this?
