Bristle or Fire worm

I just pulled this guy out of some live rock in my sump. I think it's a bristle worm but am not 100% sure. Any feed back is awesome thanks guys!

Dang lol I have already set out some home made traps to see what elese I can catch. I have a coral banded shrimp in my display tank, so maybe that's why i haven't seen anything huge like that. But was a bit concerning when I saw how big it was. And totally agreed death to smoochy lol

I had one that looked just like it in KP rock. I removed it. Caught it crawling up the side glass in the display and freaked me out one morning.
