I found this in my tank .. is it good or bad ?

I did find half a fire worm a few weeks ago and was able to remove it. Haven’t seen any more since then but these are now popping up.

Definitely a bristle worm hard to say if its a standard bristle worm or a fire worm, looks standard to me. Despite standard bristle worms being great free clean up crew I can't stand the sight of them and don't want them in my tank. They can get pretty big and ugly.
