Bristleworm? If so, good or bad?

Found two of these what look to be bristleworms in my tank. I can get a better picture if need be. Good or bad? I e read mixed things about bristle worms, this guy seems to be about 1-1/2.

Or ask someone you do Not like much to pick them out bare handed lol.
I’m just joking. I try not to touch them, but personally they never bother me. I have touched them many times on accident lol. Some people are more sensitive then others to them and can get rashes etc from them. The bristles are like touching fiberglass or a cactus and can stay imbedded in your skin and cause irritation. Im glad it doesn’t bug me much cuz my bare hands are always in the tank...

Ugly as sin.

But they are good for the tank. They reside under rocks and in sand. And as they move about, they churn sand.
