Brown dots found on Hammer Coral???

Hey all found three brown dots on my hammer been watching closely and they move around. Are these Waminoa flatworms??? If not what are they and how do I treat it?

Only fish in tank is purple firefish

If they are flatworms, a wrasse may eat them.
Coris wrasse is less aggressive than 6 line

doesn't look like flatworms to me.

almost seems like pigment change in the coral itself.

any way you can zoom in closer?

other than that, i'm going to call it Orion's belt

edit, i just read that you said they move around... in that case, still no idea.

I dipped and the dots seem to be internal and nothing came off the coral
