I don't know what to call this algae and I would like this ugly phase to go away. It's been going on for about 2 months now and I know people say gotta wait it out. The ugly algae will die off but what can I do to help it out a little bit?

My ammonia is 0
My nitrates is high at 20 Which I'm trying to bring it down with my skimmer and vinegar dosing.
Also I purchase a uv
What also can I do to fight back?
