Just going to document my experience. Following what others have done. I have a 120 gallon with 10 gallon sump and 10 gallon fuge. Treating with 13x200 mg capsules of fluconazole. Dosed this morning. Skimmer cup off, carbon off-line, Gfo online. No other chandelier right now. I have recently added berghia nudibranches (haven't seen for 1.5 month which is typical). So I will see if they survive.

24 hours- a few hours after adding fluconazole yesterday, the foxface started nibbling.

Not too much difference today from yesterday. Definitely pleased so far. I have only seen one hermit crab die but others are fine so was probably not related. As others have noted everything else seems unaffected. I can't find the berghia nudibranches, but I don't know if they lived long after I put them in. Last time it took them several months before I could find them after I put them in. I may have to buy some more as the aiptasia are getting rampant.

Good luck with the treatment. Usually results are visible starting day 4-5

Day 10 and there is still some in sand and on the rocks. This weekend will be 2 weeks. I'm wondering if I should do a water change and re dose with fluconazole this weekend. What are your thoughts?

Day 14 still some short bryopsis. Does not appear to be dieing or fading so I am going to do 20 gallon water change and dose 13 more 200 mg capsules.

Any updates?
I'm wanting to dose on mine. But want to make sure it'll solve my issue.

I did 4 weeks, re dosing at 2 week mark. As you can see there is still some green stuff. Don't know yet if it is bryopsis there or not. Just started Skimmer and carbon Saturday. Overall it removed most of it. Just don't know if it will come back. No losses and tank looks a lot better. I also re aquascaped. Hope this helps.

Maybe it will stay at bay for you. Mine is starting to grow in between the branches of my SPS.
Has me a bit worried, so I need to go ahead and act

Sadly the bryopsis has survived and is slowly coming back. Perhaps deep in the sand. Not sure what I'm going to do.
