I just noticed that on a frag of zoanthids I bought there is bubble algae in between the polyps. I wont be able to scrape it off properly as a result. Any suggestions?

I'd try and get it off regardless. Make sure you do this outside of the tank. If you really can't remove it, I had an outbreak from a frag with bubble algae, took over my whole tank. An emerald crap cleaned it up in a week. Plus emerald crabs look really cool lol

I've had good luck getting rid of algae in between zoas with a hydrogen peroxide dip.
