It’s been a month since I noticed this and I hasn’t really grown in size. I showed up months after I got this coral and it’s only on the glue. They are not green and when I picked up the frag and moved it around a few of them came off and floated to the surface and popped. I know nothing about bubble algae so I want to see what you guys think.

It looks like you have a Cyano outbreak. You can see it on the opposite side of the bubbles. Which are not bubble algae but air trapped under the mat of Cyano. Which is why they “pop” at the surface.
Boyd chemicals makes a good treatment if it’s widespread, chemiclean. If it’s localized, just scrub it off the frag and hope it doesn’t come back.
