Simply blow on it with a turkey vaster. Should dissipate and vanish. Bubble algae will not

Okay I used the turkey baster and it dissipated but I had to blow on it several times, would that means its algae? Or just simply because its under water?
Because it had little movement and began to stick to surface slime

This is bubble algae, I have 5 spheres of it and I'm afraid to pop if removed. I have coraline algae growing on the side of one of the bubbles
