I have had my anenome for about a month now and it’s been growing. But for the last week or so, it hasn’t been fully opening up and has moved a few times. I’ve been feeding it and it’s been accepting food so I’m not really sure what’s wrong. Plus other corals have been added so maybe it’s just adjusting?

Let it fully settle and I feeding a week is adequate. As Katrina stated, stop feeding. It processes food slowly and the brown stuff is poop it is expelling along with undigested matter.

It’s getting better, but is there any explanation for it moving a couple of times?

It's finding it's sweet spot. It's a nem. It will settle where it is happiest. Fingers crossed you'll like it too.

Until you buy a dream frag. The nem will want to snuggle it. Lol

Try feeding ur nem intentionally, only once a week, they do fine. This looks like shes pooping or excreting excess food. Nothing to go crazy about.
