I have no fish or coral 20g breeder about 9weeks old 0 anomia 0 nitrate 0 nitrite ph 8.2 0 phos cal 405 alk 7.0 mag 1240 temp at 78 salinity at 1.025

If they show up towards the night - could be algae growing (and possibly Dinos as others have pointed out). Keep an eye on it. Nothing to worry about yet. You do want nutrients in the system, 0 & 0 is not that good. WHat are you using to test?

The uglies stages, say month 2 through 8ish.
Blow it off, suck it out.
Keep nitrate in the 2-5ppm range and phosphate in the 0.03-.1ppm range and let her mature.
Help her mature by using a toothbrush and taking out excess nutrients and keeping her clean until the goods guys are enough to do thus for you.
Snail are good.
Water change weekly for first year.
