I also got my 750xxl used and they didn't give me any issues getting a retrofit kit sent out to me.
that great news for the OP.
its in there best interest to send them out. there where lots of Fb post and threads on R2R about all of this. so that is good news for sure.
did they charge you for it?

Nope, no charge

Hopefully i dont have any issues. Its been a pain in the butt getting all this stuff and trying to get it ready but seems like everytime i get close to filling it up something pops up.

Take it slow and enjoy the ride. Mine has been making slow but concrete progress for 6 months now. I am so glad I took the time to research, plan, and know exactly what I want before I committed to certain decisions.

Dont get me wrong its been fun. Kinda actually excited just really needed my rodi filters today to do water changes on my other three tanks and finding out they messed up on it sucks.
This weekend i am planning on starting to build my aquascape so that should be fun and intresting got some cool ideas just hope i can pull off what i have in mind.

Got my return pump installed. Also put the skimmer in and heaters in as well as gfo and carbon filters. Need uv still. Talked to redsea and they sending me the brace to install. Pulled out the rock and got it ready for pressure washing tomorrow. Hopping to get some aquascaping done as well tomorrow but we will see. Brs sent me out another filter kit for my rodi unit thinking it will be here Tuesday.

Redsea sent the support for free. Got it installed and rock in. Had to degress and pull sump and gfo/carbon filter out, skimmer and all plumbing. But slowing getting it all put back in.

Sorry guys been a while since last post. Getting geared for first fill up next weekend. Got my uv in today. Lifeguard 55 watt pro max. Got it assembled now trying to decide where and how to install it near sump. Hopping to get everything installed this weekend. Need a pump for carbon/gfo cannisters but thats not needed right away.
