So when tank was shipped the sump was shattered/broken. However Kevin and Graham the owners reached out to Red Sea and got a new one shipped with ZERO hassle! They came out and then did the full install in about half a day. I’m overly impressed with how it turned out. I’m still getting to know how this tank works but they helped me remove old tank from my old house and deliver new tank to my new house. Now I’m waiting for the tank to cycle so I can get ready to add fish and coral!

For the install they were great! I was expecting to go wrong as for me things usually do. But there were zero hiccups.
