Has anyone received their OR2 light bars in the last 1 month from Orphek ? I ordered one in end of August and it’s close to a month but still not shipped .
James has been extremely proactive in answering my questions but somehow unhappy with the delay as it wasn’t mentioned during
Placement of the order .

Yes, I got mine after 25 days and many emails. If you purchased a UV bar it has to be made to order then tested. I can vouche for the quality of the light and say, for me, it was worth the wait. They should have stated that there would be about a month of lead time, however.

I'm in the process of ordering one now. I was told that the factory just received materials that they have been waiting for and that there would be a week delay to get caught up on the backorders

I have been at the factory today , hundreds of units are ready just waiting for the new box with waterproof cover . We should receive them at the end of the week .
