Hi Everyone,

I’m planning on buying a Radion xr15 for my Nuvo 20 gal aio.
I’m wondering about how long it will be until the G7 comes out. Does anyone have an idea based on the time between other models? (I.e. between G4 and G5 or G5 and G6)

Thanks!

I like my radions but I've about had enough with garbage Mobius. I think you would be wasting money on a radion for a tank that small. I'm just being honest here.

buy yourself a used g5 and save the money. I sent the g6 upgrade back.

AI is an option I was thinking. I had a Kessil 160we that I wasn’t happy with. It didn’t have enough color pop on the corals. Right now I have a OceanRevive that shows the coral color a lot better. I want to switch because I think I can get better growth and color with AI or Radion. I’m also concerned about the quality and durability of the light.

Think two AI would be better to minimize shadows or just one okay?

Any other recommendations for the tank size?

This is 2 16hds in my 20g nano cube. I can grow acros on the bottom of the 18" cube.
Tanks 7 months old.

Didn't G6 just come out a couple months ago? Won't you have the light for 5 years or more? If you want a Radion, I would buy the Radion. They are good lights.
