I inherited a reef starter kit and a reef testing kit by red sea. Brand new. I like coraline algae and my tank has alot. It grows on a lot of the rocks and the back glass. I purchased purple helix awhile back but not the whole recommeded amount. So this red sea kit has a coralline starter bottle. First dose is easy but for the next they want you to use the the calcium test kit and from that reading do some math to figure how much more coralline booster to put in. So I read the directions. They are confusing. I don't want to just add more without knowing. Would it be safe to do two more pippets of it without testing? Anyone have experience using the kit?
