Do i calibrate the ph probe and the monitor at the same time to the regent? Does the tds meter get calibrated to the # on the bottle? The ph probe is for my cal rx.
Ty all. I guess i can research just looking for simple quick answers. Lol please ignore the redractometer cal fluid as it isnt part of the discussion. Lol.
Looking at the pinpoint probe on ebay to replace an old brs one. Or should i just calibrate it? The monitor is a milwaukee. I saw pinpoint regents on ebay which i was gonna use. Ty all for any info or advice. Was surprised the monitor didnt take batteries. I might just get the whole pinpoint package with monitor and regent and probe.

I use a very cheap ph monitor on one of my frag tanks(think around $20). It has worked surprisingly well. Once every couple months i stick it in my DT and compare against a much "better"(ie expensive) probe and they always are within .1 of eachother.

So my short answer is i have no idea lol, but i have had good luck with an extremely cheap ph monitor/probe.
