Hello, I feel like I’m running out of options here. Can someone tell me if this is just bubble algae that doesn’t want to die or Dino’s. It’s taken over my tank overnight. My cleanup crew can’t make a dent to it.

I would try and get some pictures with the white lights on so we can see a little better of what’s going on. The blue lights kinda wash out everything in the picture.

I had bad bubble algae in a 40 gallon tank. It was everywhere! I tried crabs, water changes, hand removal. Finally vibrant removed it all. Miracle on bubble algae for me.

Anything I should know the label doesn’t tell you about Vibrant?
I had to use it twice a week to get my algae issue(Ulva at the time) to go away. It is a bacteria/has a carbon dosing component(vinegar), so keep an eye on your nutrients to make sure they don’t hit zero, that’s how people run into problems with their coral dying.

My suggestion would be
1) watch BRS video when they look at vibrant and start slow if you decide to use it
2) ensure you fix underlying problem that caused issue so you can use this to assist in cleanup versus just an illusion things are good

Are those hard bubbles, or air bubbles trapped in 'snot'?
The look like air bubbles to me as bubble algae is usually very dark, vibrant green. Easy to tell, if its hard, bubble algae, if the bubbles are just air bubbles, probably something else.
