I've just found this in my sump but not sure if it's harmful, can anyone please help? please see image below:

Image unclear but appears to be a nudibranch and I would eliminate to reduce the risk of eggs

I can count at least 30 of those, if it's harmful I'll try to clean them all.

With that, I believe you are seeing then clatharina sponge which favors dark , low flow areas of tank and sump
