Can anyone tell me what this is? Supposed to be dwarf hermit crab from live aquaria.

Could it be a spaghetti worm. The tentacles do kinda look like that but I cant find anything about them moving into shells.

So here is the real question, if im like 75% sure its a spaghetti worm do i put it in the tank? From what i can find they are a good stowaway.
