Can anyone tell me what this hair/worm/algae like thing is? I have them in various spots throughout my sandbed. It retracts into the sand sometimes and it's hairs seem to act as a feeding tool.

It's a Spaghetti Worm. Harmless. Eats Detritus. Copperbands and Wrasses will eat them.

Dinos are so small that you wouldn’t notice any movements. Post the video to YouTube then paste the link here. No one can see the video that you posted.

Not Dino. Definitely a hair or spaghetti worm. These are great cleanup crews if you overfeed. Can grow a bit out of control over a long time period so I just pull one or two out every now and then.
