It says for up to 6mm or 0.25” glass thickness? But IM lagoon 25 tank is 8mm.

1/2" = 12.7mm (25.4mm= 1") so I would think the standard flipper would work just fine. I've been using one for several years and it is by far the best scraper/cleaner I've had the pleasure to use in 30+ years of marine aquarium keeping

Sorry it says 0.25”. I corrected the OP.
I rather get the nano one as the regular one will look bigger on this smaller tank

The nano isn’t strong enough to do much on the 25 Lagoon. The regular size is… but be careful, one grain of sand caught in the blade and the glass gets destroyed. I know this because I am on my second tank.
