Tuck
Donald Duck Sleeping GIF
You could always bring out some blankets and a pillow and tuck it in for the night lol after all you've been through I'd probably do it. I doubt it makes any difference but might be nice knowing the thank is sleeping safe and sound.

I just have to say, I mean, maybe it's just me, but there is just something about a brand new tank......

It’s sitting in my very cold garage right now, and I checked, and it’s fine :)

EDIT: Please excuse my mess in the background ;-)
Mess? That's just a well packed and full garage. You want to see a mess look at this

Now that's a proper mess lol! Seriously though when are you going to be setting this tank up? This will likely be our next tank, that are local and my affordable. After my 75 is set up my wife really wants a FOWLR tank so she can have the fish she wants ( every thing she wants is not only reef safe the need a much better tank.

Get a space heater and remove all doubt.
Oh I have one in the garage the problem is…it makes it like a sauna which I don’t want either lol! It’s nice in the winter if you are doing stuff in the garage though…I’d be worried the extreme heat over the cold would do more damage.

Ya its best to leave it be I was watching a video of a guy a few years ago. He purchased a tank and took it home. He took it from his warm car to his freezing garage and the sudden drop in temperature caused it to crack. If you let go up and down with the outside temp your ok but fast and sudden temp changes are not good.

Again, I've had zero issues storing tanks over long, cold winters and hot summers, and I don't claim to be an expert in anything, but I think the space heater would be a not so great idea. I'd rather leave the tank as is, instead of heating it and cooling it, and as I'm typing this, it sounds a lot like tank/animal advice. As always, best of luck, and please don't believe just me :)

Lol that's actually a picture from when I built my stand. This is a out building at my parents house I don't have a garage currently so all my tools are at their place. Sadly I need to go through it and clean it, it's full of motors and car parts. They have multiple out building on a few acres so nobody but me goes in there. Most everything was from when I was painting cars back in 2008. I just don't know what to do with it all.

It is 100% dry and still in the packaging! And I swear this isn’t an ad for DuraFlame! :face-with-tears-of-joy:

Just light the duraflame to keep it warm. You will be fine. In kidding DO NOT DO THAT. It will be fine dry. Just let it slowly warm up before you add water or the temperature differential will crack the glass.

My newest and by far the most expensive tank has been sitting in my garage since it was delivered on Monday.

I've kept tanks in my garage for many, many years, and pulled them out and filed them, and they've been fine.

If I could have, I would have preferred that my newest tank was delivered inside :)

When it comes inside the house it’s going to be at least a few more days before water even touches that more than likely a few weeks. I’m trying to hurry though since Hewbie is still in the bin and will still be in the bin. My new goal is before Christmas I feel bad he’ll be living in the bin for at least a month hopefully not longer. He would’ve been in his new home already if the original tank I got used actually held water.

You're kidding right? I am pretty confident any space heater built within the last 30 yrs has temperature settings. Some how I don't see extreme heat being an actual issue.

Messy garages...
...amateurs! This is my shop after it was cleaned:

WRT the tank in the cold:
I agree that it will be fine clean and dry in the cold. This has been eluded to earlier, but not explicitly stated: Bring it in and just let it sit for several hours in the packaging so that it warms up slowly.
