Can I dose seachem prime in HT thats on Furan-2 ???

I have a fish in a 29 gallon hospital tank and i tested ammonia @ .25 ppm so I dosed 3ml sachem prime buttt..the fish went from swimming around calmly and looking like its doing well to now laying on the bottom breathing heavy. The only other thing I did was to add the second dose of Furan-2 which was due today. can i get an opinion on this please?

The fish has been doing gradually better for a couple days until now

I have HOB with established marine pure, air pump, power heads the whole 9. currently medicating Furan-2 and API general cure.

I don't recommend mixing an ammonia reducer with any medication. Too many unknown variables (chemically) and it's difficult to predict what the resulting interaction might be.
