Can I get an ID on this algae/cyanobacteria/idk I'm asking!!

Just ran a few tests that I believe are relevant here.

Ph8.3/8.4 (API test)
Nitrate 0ppm (API test)
Phosphate 0ppm (API test)
Alk 8.4 I generally keep it around 9 never below 8. (Hanna checker)
My magnesium seems to always be at 1375 (seachem test)

Weekly/bi weekly 10g water changes.

Tank gross volume is 55g and sump is 20long I use 70g as my metric for calculators.

Currently have a Kalwasser dosing a net of 30ml per day (monitoring alk and adjusting to keep the drop from becoming too great)

Also 50ml of aquaforest components 1-2-3.

Tried chemiclean it definitely changed the look of this stuff mainly the addition of the bubbles but it didn't really go away at all.

I don't have access to a par meter but there are 4 t5 1actinic 1coral blue plus and 2 coral blue also a red sea 50 LED. I'll also put a screen shot of it's program daily.
