My leather coral came off its plug. I only have this silicone I used for my aquarium baffles. Can I used this to glue back the coral to the plug?

I'd try gel superglue. Make sure you get the gel type and that it is cyanoacrylate.

Use gel superglue. Silicone isn't livestock-safe while curing, it releases a lot of acetic acid (vinegar), and I'm not sure how well it'll set underwater. It should only go in an aquarium after it's fully cured and done off-gassing.

Super glue gel is cheap and easily obtainable almost anywhere. Don't risk it.
