Can I use NeoPhos if it was frozen?

Long story short, we had a major wind storm here in Alaska over New Years. I was fortunate enough to not lose power but for a couple hours while the wind chill was easily -40.. Some people are still without power 4 days later.. =(

But, I had NeoPhos ordered and it was delivered, it sat outside most the day Monday while I was at work, and it froze. Is there any reason to think I cannot use it anymore?

I doubt the freeze would change any chemistry with A phosphate additive.
I’d use that.

I don't see why, as long as it is thawed out and mixed, but, I will add @Randy Holmes-Farley and @Dana Riddle to make sure that the ingredients weren't effected.
