Can someone help ID critters in my all in one sump?

Hello everyone!

Can anyone help ID these crazy looking critters? I know the video is a little weird, they are under the water surface, and move/ball up with disturbed.

They are in the sump area of my Red Sea E-170. My best guess is spaghetti worm but usually those are orange-ish??

They look like spaghetti worms.
