Can someone please look over my ICP test amd gibe me a review?

I had a bad heavy metal issue before (not sure from what) so I put Cuprisorb in and waited awhile then did another ICP test. This is the new ICP test. Please help me out if you have any idea on what is wrong. Thanks.
