Can anyone I’d this disease that is killing my anthias. I bought 6 anthias and they are in qt. They were perfect looking. After 2 days in qt I saw this kind of red spot on one. Two days later, it died. The rest looked fine. I started metroplex treatment. Two days later another fish showed up with the same thing. Two day later it died. They are still in treatment. Can anyone suggest the correct treatment?. The other fish looks fine, but iam very worried

That looks like Uronema. It is pretty common in new anthias and is very difficult to treat now that we don't have access to chloroquine. The red splotch and the open mouth are pretty classic.

Here is an article I wrote about it:

Hello Jay,
Than you for your response. As it turns out, I do some CP powder in my medicine cabinet. I have used at 20ppm in QT.
The other fish looks fine, but i have loosed 2 already. Should i treat at 40 ppm for 24 hrs or at a sustained concentration of 20ppm for the duration of the QT time?

I would not dose CP higher than 20 mg/l, and even then, I’ve seen some toxicity in lip fish and wrasses above 15.
