Can you put a Check valve on tunze osmolator?

I’m setting up my kalk stirrer and it backsiphons into the ATO reservoir. How do I stop this?

If I lower the kalk stirrer (or raise the ato reservoir) it will flow continuously even after the pump shuts off.

the best thing would be a check valve right? How do you find the right one for the tunze osmolator which uses metric tubing?

Check valve on freshwater side should work. Here's an earlier post on the issue.

I ordered the Tunze check valve for my osmolator and it's doing great.

It's a bit tight on the stock tubing, but you just need to heat the tube with an hair dryer for a minute and it'll be fine.
