I used to connect my DOS with my Apexel, then I took the DOS offline for 1 year. I am now trying to connect it to my Apexel via aquabus and power supply, connecting the aquabus with the EB832.
I cannot get the DOS interface to show up in Fusion. The DOS is powered and works fine. I push the manual buttons and the pump turn on. When I go into the modules, it shows it as connected. When I click on system, it is shown. However, if I try to access the gear icon/settings from any of the pathways, it takes me to a blank neptune page.

I looked for a new tile. Nothing new there. The old tiles are there but same thing.... takes me to a blank page.

Any suggestions?
Thanks

Thanks, how do I delete the DOS module from my fusion, it doesn’t give me an option to do that since it always brought me to the blank neptune page (as opposed to the other module I have, it does give me options to delete).
I also have emailed Neptune, hopefully they can help

Thanks, I did the step, but when I click the DOS , it just brings me to a blank Neptune page. When I click the other module that I have, such as EB832 or Display, it will bring me to a screen that has the option to delete
