After the first blackout i just ran blues after the second blackout the corals were stressed so i went back to my normal light. I do have my lights opposite of actual day time. My lights are on from 4pm-2am. My room is kept dark during the day with blinds and blackout curtains.

Agreed with @kados it will help. Also try doing slow acclimation of lights like start with 3or4 hours and increase every couple of days til your at 8to10 mark. That will help tremendously. Might be the algae is still somewhat active then you blast the photosynthesis by running 10 hours right away i had to slowly increase my lights after getting the algea problem dialed in otherwise it would take off all over. Patience bro you will get it dialed in you got this
