Can't connect my Sicce Xtreme SDC to ContrAll app

Has anyone had trouble connecting their Sicce Xtreme SDC power head to the ContrAll app? I can connect my phone to the Sicce network, but when I go back to the app and click procced, it freezes with a spinning gear symbol.

I appreciate the help!

Saw this. Maybe it helps:

" When you connect to the pumps wifi, just make sure your mobile data is off . Otherwise its not gonna open the configuration menu ."
