The snorkeling was OK today. Lots of the mounding corals were algae covered unfortunately. Though the acros were doing great and were surprisingly well represented.

While returning to my room, I passed by one of the buoys anchored to the bottom with a rope. Clearly life will find a way ...

FYI, video works for me, just takes forever to download. And now for a completely different view, from the clear blue skies to the murky green depths. While spearfishing, no matter how murky, these local "puppies" will just dog you until you pay the rent and share your catch!;Snaphappy;Playful

Yes. I find that being a certified diver is a great excuse to go to cool places for vacation!

Off the coast of La Paz, Mexico.

Probably my favorite dives, ever. Playing with underwater puppydogs. I probably spent 3 hours playing with them. When my tank ran low the liveaboard was right there for us to surface, switch tank and film, and go right back to it. I was laughing the whole time.
